Hi, I’m Amanda Greco, a proud Northern Idaho local who loves helping businesses thrive by making HR simple, practical, and stress free. After spending years working across all areas of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, training, compliance, and policy development, I realized how much our local businesses need hands on, personalized HR support that truly understands the unique challenges of our region.
In 2022, I earned my Master’s in Human Resource Development from Idaho State University, gaining the skills and insight to help employers confidently navigate the many complexities of HR so they can focus on what they do best, growing their business.
