Hi, I’m Amanda Greco—a proud Northern Idaho local who loves helping businesses thrive by making HR simple, practical, and stress-free. After spending years working across all areas of HR—from recruitment and onboarding to training, compliance, and policy development—I realized how much our local businesses need hands-on, personalized HR support that truly understands the unique challenges of our region.
In 2022, I earned my Master’s in Human Resource Development from Idaho State University, gaining the skills and insights to help employers confidently navigate HR’s many complexities—so they can focus on what they do best: growing their business.
